Click here for full details - There will be a DVD drive at Vista View Middle School from February 9th - 13th. Childrens' Hospital of Orange County ("CHOC") provided Tiffany with extremely wonderful and caring treatment. This DVD drive is to help those young patients who have to spend months at CHOC, and being able to watch your new or used DVDs can help make that stay more tolerable. We (Tiffany's cousins) set up this website to help keep friends and family up to date with Tiffany's progress.
We found out something was wrong with Tiffany on June 14th, 2006 - two days before her summer break (after 6th grade) was due to start. She had been feeling pressure/ pain from breathing. Doctors saw a tumor in her chest cavity and she had surgery to remove this mass on June 20th.
Further tests revealed that she had a very rare type of cancer: Malignant Peripheral Nerve Sheath Tumor.
We kept this website up to date to let those who care about her share in how she was doing. Those who know her won't be surprised to know that she held up remarkably well, smiling and playing as much as possible throughout her treatment.
Tiffany peacefully passed away on December 5, 2008.
