DePorted!

Cancer patients need tons of shots - injections of chemotherapy, so many draws of blood to see how they're doing. Instead of getting stuck hundreds of times, they usually get a "port" put in - it's a place that the doctors put a direct path from the port (just under the skin) into a large vein. So it's easier to get all those shots. And it stays in until it's not needed anymore.

Tiffany had one of these, and she just got it out last week. So while it wasn't uncomfortable most of the time, she still didn't want to get knocked there. But now she's cool, so if you're playing dodgeball with her, go ahead and nail her!
